With VAKE 100% organic antifreeze, the use of toxic chemicals for winterization is a thing of the past. Cares for and protects from the inside
Beyond pure frost protection, VAKE offers further decisive advantages. It lubricates seals, water pumps, and valves, preventing them from drying out or seizing up during the long winter break. Furthermore, the glycerin-based, acid-free formula does not form corrosive acids, ensuring that metal parts and pipes remain optimally protected. Thanks to its distinctive green coloring, it is easy to see immediately when the antifreeze has permeated the entire system.
Dosage and mixing ratio
VAKE antifreeze is supplied as a concentrate and can be easily mixed with tap water depending on the climate and system requirements.
The following guidelines apply for optimal frost protection:

Additional protection against freeze-bursting (down to -70 °C):
Even if temperatures should drop drastically, VAKE provides an enormous safety margin. With a standard 50/50 mixture in non-circulating systems (such as standing water in pipes and tanks), the liquid prevents the dangerous expansion of ice and thus protects the system against freeze-bursting at temperatures as low as -70 °C.
Tip for heated winter storage: If your boat or motorhome is stored in a frost-free or heated facility, you should mix the concentrate with a maximum of 50% water (50/50) to maintain full corrosion protection for the engine and pipes.
